What to Wear on a Rainy Day

Well, we got a little rain today - I thought I would post about how to look cute while it's raining. {source}

 My rain gear has arrived from the UK company Toby Tiger and from the
amount of rain in the forecast I'd say it's not a day too soon!  Come on in and
snag these little cuties for your little puddle jumper.  Flowers for girls and
dinosaurs for boys.  If anyone knows about rain gear it would be the UK!
