vacation mode!

 

It will be quiet around here the next few days.  I am  going on vacation!  I'm looking forward to spending time with my family and chilling out!  I will be back

Plum Pretty Sugar

 

My Plum Pretty Sugar order has arrived!  It's just in time to greet the
beautiful weather that is on the way.  Where the heck did this rain
come from?  Oh well,  these little lovelies will make you forget about
the rain and get you in the mind set of Spring is Here!  Stop in and  take
a look.  The fabrics are so pretty! The prints are to die for and the styles
are so easy to wear.  Hope to see you soon! 

New House Textiles

I was very excited to come across New House Textiles.  If you get a chance head
over to their site and have a look.  I want everything!  I think my favorite item
are the vintage print tea towels - Love!

meet Diego!

Meet the newest addition to our family.  Diego is 9 weeks old and Olivia
is in LOVE.  He is a Lab/Terrior/Chihuahua mix - who knows how big he
will get.  We adopted him today from the Milo Foundation - we are so excited
to have Diego!

Fun Friday!

Olivia & I spend Fridays together.  Today was a very busy day.  We decided
to go into San Francisco and enjoy the sunny day.  First up was lunch with
Marc at Fog City Diner.

Marc & I got the “Cobb” sandwich (grilled chicken, avocado, bacon,
blue cheese and tomato) with fries for $12.50.  Very yummy.  The fries
are SO good!  Olivia decided on the hot dog with fries.  She had maybe
two bites of the hot dog.  As you can imagine she REALLY liked the fries
too!

Next up on our outing was my friends shop UnionMade.  I use to work
with Todd Barket (the owner) during my Gap and Banana Republic days.
He has created a very unique shop.  I picked up a birthday present for my
hubby!  Shhhhhhhhhh!  UnionMade is located at 493 Sanchez St.

Before leaving the Castro we HAD to stop by Bi-Rite Creamery

for ice cream.  I got the yummy soft serve and Olivia got a 

creamsicle cupcake!

Our last stop was a play date with two of Olivia's friends

from pre-school.  We ended our day at Play Cafe.  The

grown ups get to sip coffee and relax.  The kids can play.

It's a great concept!  We had such a great day.  I hope

everyone has a great weekend!

Eunice of the San Francisco based stationary line  Hello!Lucky
got married to Daniel and the pictures are SPECTACULAR!  It
looks like such a fun event.  The attention to detail is amazing!
